Refund & Cancellation Policy

Short version: every plan starts with a 1-day free trial — you're never charged without first trying it. After that, billing is monthly, and you can stop future billing any time. Already-collected payments are non-refundable, same as most subscription software.

1.Free trial — no charge for the first day

When you sign up, you authorize a payment method but are charged ₹0 at that moment. Your free trial runs for 1 day from signup. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged at all.

2.How billing works after the trial

If you don't cancel during the free trial, your subscription automatically begins and you are charged the plan amount shown at checkout (inclusive of GST). It then renews automatically every month on the same date, until you cancel.

3.How to cancel

Email hello@netreplies.com from your account's registered email address with a cancellation request, and we'll stop future billing for you. We aim to confirm every cancellation within 24 hours.

Cancelling stops the next billing cycle — it does not end your current access immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

4.Refunds

Amounts already charged for a billing period are non-refundable — the same standard most subscription software follows, since you have access to the Service for that entire period regardless of how much you actually use it.
If you're charged due to a genuine error on our part (for example, a duplicate charge, or a charge after you'd already confirmed cancellation), email us and we'll refund that specific charge in full.
Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

5.What happens to your data after cancellation

Your WhatsApp connection is disconnected and automated replies stop once your subscription ends. Your account data (leads, conversation history, settings) is retained for a reasonable period in case you resubscribe, and is handled per our Privacy Policy.

6.Team member seats

An additional Pro-plan team seat is billed the same way as the main subscription — monthly, non-refundable once charged. Removing a team member from your dashboard immediately revokes their access; it stops that seat being billed from the next cycle onward.
